We all know that cleansing is a crucial part of any skincare routine. It is the step which removes all remaining impurities such as makeup, pollution, and dirt from the face. It also helps to balance the sebum levels in the skin to avoid oil build up and clogged pores.

While we do currently offer a gel cleanser and a foam cleanser, we wanted to introduce a new type of cleansing product for the ay&me line, and based on the feedback we received from our community, we knew that a cleansing oil would be the perfect solution. Our goal was to create a full, one-step cleansing oil which both removes makeup and purifies the skin in one effective wash. This goal was what led to the creation of our Biome Resetting Moringa Cleansing Oil

Our new Biome Resetting Moringa Oil Cleanser features the naturally purifying Moringa oil, which has numerous benefits for the skin, including removing toxins from the skin, balancing oil levels of the skin, and hydrating the skin as well as reinforcing the skin’s natural barrier, which is very important for overall skin health.

We wanted to develop a light weight cleansing oil which easily glides over the skin and doesn’t leave any feeling of heaviness or excessive oiliness, and which could be used every day by all skin types. With the “Speedy Wash-Off” formula of the cleanser, the oil quickly emulsifies upon contact with water and gently cleanses away all makeup and impurities, from base products such as foundation and sunscreen, and even removes eye makeup and lipstick.

When developing our cleansing oil we wanted to ensure that the most effective and skin-loving ingredients were featured, to ensure that it would fully cleanse the skin of all makeup and dirt whilst at the same time providing nourishment and barrier-reinforcing properties to the skin.

As part of our ay&me line, this cleansing oil also features our signature Special Biome Blend, which is formulated with a unique blend of 5 different Probiotics and Prebiotics, which work well to help reinforce the skin barrier and brighten the skin for a healthy glow.
