Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently available to 39 countries/territories in 6 regions:
Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, UK, USA and Vietnam.

Does AXIS-Y charge import duties and taxes?

Your package may be subject to customs fees calculated by, and paid to your local government. Any customs related issues are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, AXIS-Y does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Please contact your local Customs Office if you would like further details.

If the recipient of the order refuses a package due to customs related issues including refusal to pay customs import taxes or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, AXIS-Y will not be responsible for any refund and cannot ship out replacement packages.

When will my order ship?

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm KST are processed the next business day). You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Your order is processed with care and love :)

My package has returned to you.

If the parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or delivery failure by incorrect address information or shipping fees, we can re-send the package to your correct address. However, there will be additional shipping charges applied to you.
