HiddenTag is AXIS-Y’s official authentication system, designed to help you quickly and securely verify that your product is genuine.

HiddenTag is a digital authentication sticker placed on the packaging of genuine AXIS-Y products. By scanning the sticker through the HiddenTag mobile app, you can instantly verify whether your product is authentic.

We strongly recommend using HiddenTag first, as it is the primary and most reliable method of product authentication.

AXIS-Y’s HiddenTag system has been updated:

• Authentic products no longer include a physical scratch-off code
  
  
• Verification is now fully electronic
  
  
• A virtual scratch code will appear automatically in the HiddenTag app during the verification process
  
  

This update improves security and helps prevent misuse or duplication.

1. Locate the square HiddenTag sticker on your product packaging.
   
   
2. Open the HiddenTag app (iOS / Android) and allow camera access.
   
   
3. Scan the sticker using the app.
   
   

Review the verification result shown in the app.

To ensure a successful scan:

• The entire square sticker must be visible
  
  
• All four circular corner markers must appear in frame
  
  
• The sticker should be flat and undamaged
  
  
• Use bright, indirect lighting and avoid glare
  
  
• Hold your phone steady for 1–2 seconds
  
  

If the corner circles are cut off, covered, or distorted, the sticker may not scan properly.

Authentic / Verified
Your product has been successfully verified as genuine.

Warning
The sticker may have been scanned previously or appears unusual. Please contact AXIS-Y support via the Counterfeit Inquiry Form below.

Unscannable / Damaged
Try scanning again using the tips above. If the sticker still does not scan, please report the product for further review.

If you are unable to scan the HiddenTag or receive a warning or unscannable result, please submit our Counterfeit Inquiry Form for further review.
